Job Overview

Our clients are seeking a skilled Windows Imaging Engineer to manage and maintain Windows 10 OS imaging, deployment, and lifecycle upgrades. This role is crucial in overseeing the Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) implementation, ensuring smooth version upgrades, and maintaining compliance policies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SCCM, MDT, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Windows 10 OS feature and version upgrade cycle.
• Implement and support Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) across enterprise environments.
• Develop and manage Windows 10 OS imaging solutions using MDT, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting.
• Capture and maintain MDT images, ensuring proper driver and patch updates.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for Windows devices.
• Package and deploy applications using SCCM
• Configure Auto-enrolment of Windows 10 devices and maintain compliance policies.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support, troubleshooting OS-related incidents.
• Raise and manage Change Requests, attending CAB meetings as required.
• Assist deployment teams with Windows 10 annual updates and lifecycle management.
• Identify process improvements and new features to enhance system performance and security.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Must have active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• Windows 10 Imaging & Deployment (MDT, SCCM, WaaS)
• MDT Image Capture & Driver/Patch Updates
• SCCM Packaging & Deployment
• PowerShell Scripting (E3 Level)
• Active Directory GPO Management
• Windows Compliance Policy Maintenance
• Enterprise Device Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
