Position Overview
They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact programs for a banking client. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with expertise in change management, executive consulting, and cloud architecture, capable of navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote (Eastern Time Zone), with occasional on-site events preferred within driving distance of Media, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business outcomes.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to shape technology and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive change management initiatives, guiding teams through organisational and process transformations.
- Translate technical cloud strategies into actionable business insights for senior leaders.
- Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities in high pressure situations.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent delivery and transparency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of program management or leadership experience.
- Expertise in enterprise change management within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Proven executive consulting and stakeholder management experience at the C-suite level.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and modern technology platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-pressure, goal-oriented environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prosci (Change Management), or cloud platform certifications.
