Job Description

You will join the Strategic Controlling team responsible for financial performance management, driving financial reporting transformation, and supporting senior leadership with a variety of ad-hoc strategic projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Financial performance management: Contribute to monthly performance analysis and reporting, explaining key deviations, proposing corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation.
  • Projects for Senior Leadership: Gather and analyse data from Finance, HR, Real Estate, and other functions to address recurring and ad-hoc performance-related inquiries.
  • Financial reporting transformation: Design and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in collaboration with the Group Reporting team to ensure the organisation uses best-in-class financial tools and metrics.

 

Requirements

  • They’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. You should enjoy navigating complex processes and working independently.
  • Background: Experience in Financial Consulting or FP&A roles within an international environment.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Sciences.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office, with a preference for candidates experienced in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting tools.
