The Role
Retail Dealer Management Systems & Consulting services within a dynamic team. Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision – ability to “take a project and run with it” is key.
Services & responsibilities required include:
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge about MS and other products, including Country Specifics (CS), Layered Applications, and partner applications.
- Engage with customers remotely and on-site to ensure accurate discovery, documentation, configuration, training, and post-go-live support.
- Monitoring of data whilst liaising with 3rd party vendors & retailer network to resolve data issues.
- Ability to collect information required for systems set-up & support systems roll-out.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align, prioritize tasks effectively and escalate when relevant.
- DMS delivery and implementation support with a results-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience desired as a Keyloop DMS consultant.
- B2B focus
- Must have experience and proven track record in Manufacturer Systems (MS) deployments in Consultancy and or SME roles.
- Technical proficiency and experience of systems integration and configuration.
- Process Automation
- Project management & coordination
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Project management certification a plus
- English (native level C2)
- Valid driving license required
