Project Manager of Business Applications

Under the responsibility of the head of the studies and developments department of the IT Department (DSI), you will be responsible for the proper functioning of the Information System.

Purpose Of The Position

• Manage installation and update projects for internal or vendor software solutions
• Ensure that objectives are met and that the provisional schedule is respected
• Monitor investments and ensure that budgets are not exceeded

Main Missions

• Management of IT projects related to operations:
  • Carrying out audits of the existing system;
  • Statement of development needs and specifications;
  • Management of the implementation within existing tools or via new tools;
  • Organization and supervision of revenues;
  • On-site or remote support for post-boot users;
  • Updating of documentation (quality, operation) and associated repositories.
• Level 3 assistance in the use and configuration of business software.

In addition, as part of your interventions in the laboratories, your role will be to:

• Strengthen the relationship between laboratory staff and the IT department,
• Identify the projects to be launched in order to constantly optimize the productivity of laboratories.

Finally, for the management of your activities, you will need to use reporting and project monitoring tools in place.

Profile

• You have a higher education degree such as an engineering school (bac +5) with a Project Management component. You have gained 3 to 5 years of experience as an internal project manager or consultant.
• Knowledge in the field of biology laboratories, health or auditing would be a real added value.
• Knowledge of middleware would be a plus.
• In addition to your technical skills, you will be rigorous, dynamic and organized in your position.
• You have a good analytical and synthesis skills.
• You know how to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a team and in project mode.
• You are known for your interpersonal skills and have a sense of customer service and a taste for challenge.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
