The Role

They are seeking a motivated Information Security Officer to strengthen their international IT team. Reporting to the CISO, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of their Information Security Management Framework. You’ll play a key role in ensuring security policies, controls, and monitoring are in place across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Define security controls, testing processes, and metrics
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed security into processes and projects
  • Lead Business Continuity activities (BIAs, plans, testing)
  • Implement and manage security tools and technologies
  • Deliver security awareness and training programs across the business
  • Coordinate third-party security assessments
  • Stay informed on evolving threats and industry trends

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in information security or similar role
  • CISM/CISA or equivalent certifications (advantageous)
  • Solid knowledge of frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GDPR, NIS2)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships
