Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

Our clients are seeking a strategic, execution-driven CFO to lead their financial strategy as they scale globally. You’ll shape their financial future, drive fundraising, and align financial planning with ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-growth tech startups—especially in robotics, AI, or advanced technologies—and a proven record of raising major capital in the U.S. venture ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute long-term financial plans aligned with company growth.
• Fundraising: Lead multiple funding rounds (Seed to Series A+); build strong VC and investor relationships, especially in the U.S.
• Financial Operations: Oversee budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management; establish scalable financial controls.
• Analytics & Forecasting: Deliver data-driven insights and financial models to guide strategic decisions.
• Compliance: Manage tax strategy and ensure adherence to global financial regulations.
• Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive company-wide strategy and scaling initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven CFO or senior finance leader in fast-scaling tech startups (robotics, AI, or advanced tech preferred).
• Track record of leading major funding rounds (Series A and beyond), ideally $200M+.
• Strong U.S. investor network and deep knowledge of the venture landscape.
• Expertise in financial strategy, analytics, and international compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills in dynamic environments.
