Job description
Under the responsibility of the IT Department Support Manager (ISD), you will be responsible for the proper management of the IT equipment.
Purpose Of The Position
- Ensure the management of computer orders (hardware and software) for the entire IT department and SELAS (laboratories and technical platform)
- Guarantee the inventory of the hardware and software fleet
- Ensure the preparation of the positions before sending to the sites
Main Missions
- Order Management:
- Identification of hardware and software needs with laboratories and different departments
- Establish purchase requisitions, follow up on purchase orders and follow up on order invoicing
- Follow-up of receipts and validation for invoicing
- Inventory Management:
- New material stock management (referencing/organization/filing, etc.)
- Entering Receiving and Sending Information into ITAM Tracking Software (ITOP)
- Guarantee the coherence of the fleet base with the reality on the ground
- Ensure the preparation of desktop and laptop equipment via SCCM mastering
- Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts
- Anticipate needs and manage inventory
- Anticipating the end of contracts / warranty
- Ensure the budget follow-up of the various entities
Profile
- Office automation, management or logistics training (Bac+2 equivalence) with an interest in computer science
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Sense of customer service, sense of contact, sense of teamwork (good interpersonal skills), punctuality, versatility, discretion
- Respect of commitments, management of priorities, organization, autonomy, rigor, ability to listen and communicate
