Envisaged as a hybrid role with regular in-office (Farnborough) & retailer on-site work.
Contribute to the promotion of central accessory programs & initiatives. Identify novel opportunities to enhance accessory sales within the retailer network. Compile best practices related to key accessory topics & develop innovative sales initiatives..
Responsible for crafting & producing meeting materials and content, with a key focus on uploading retailer visit reports to the portal.
Ensure the attainment of Retailer Accessory targets. Enhance the skills and knowledge of retailers to optimize Accessories and Lifestyle purchases, maximizing sales-out opportunities.
Regularly align with key Marketing, Sales & Customer Support team stakeholders within the client organisation on relevant performance, initiatives, and support topics. Attend regular development & progress meetings with development agency confirming & prioritising requirements as relevant.
Sales Development Consultants are expected to participate in weekly virtual meetings with the Service Development team. These sessions serve as a platform to address any issues raised by the network during the week, while also allowing the Sales Development team to provide pertinent updates to the team.
Provide dynamic project management & stakeholder alignment with relevant experience to support ongoing projects & developments. Ability to communicate clearly and escalate when relevant.
Professional experience

Project management & coordination (preferably within Automotive)
Education
Bachelor degree in business or related preferred
Language Skills & Licenses
English (native level C2)
Valid UK driving license
