What will you be doing?
As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll be supporting our team to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Your day-to-day will include:
- Learning how to source, screen, and interview candidates
- Supporting job advertising and candidate attraction
- Building strong relationships with clients and jobseekers
- Maintaining our recruitment database and systems
- Working towards targets and learning how to place candidates into roles
Who are we looking for?
This is an entry-level opportunity – no recruitment experience is needed! We’re looking for someone who is:
- Finishing college or university this summer (2025)
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career
- A great communicator with strong people skills
- Organised, proactive, and up for a challenge
- Interested in business, sales, or HR
- Ready to work hard and learn fast
Entry Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (or equivalent)
- A passion for working with people and learning about recruitment
