Position Overview
Our client seeks an experienced EVP to lead a decentralised organisation with annual revenues exceeding €30M. This role involves full P&L accountability, strategic leadership, and board representation while driving growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has expertise in leadership, M&A, and high-growth, multi-site businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee P&L, ensuring revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Represent shareholders on the board, shaping key strategic decisions.
- Lead M&A processes, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
- Identify market opportunities and foster innovation.
- Promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility in a decentralised, multi-site organisation (€30M+ revenue).
- Strong strategic vision and hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
- Proven M&A experience.
- Expertise in financial management and market dynamics.
- Inspirational leadership, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
- Must come from a blue-collar background, B2B or services sector. Those Low margin, high volume companies like Facility services, Aviation services, laundry services or even specialised logistics companies like transportation or healthcare etc would be ideal.
- Must be willing to relocate to Brussels
- Depending on experience you may have managed full PnLs from 30 million euros upwards, but equally also managed full PnLs of 300 million euros upwards. (Depending on experience will dictate what level you come in at)
- Must have managed large international global teams ideally of 300 people plus
- Be very numbers driven and analytical
