Recruitment Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and roles, with exceptional communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess potential candidates for job opportunities.
  • Write job descriptions, create job postings, and advertise open positions on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Negotiate job offers and provide support to candidates during the hiring process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while exceeding client and candidate expectations.
  • Conduct business development and follow up with potential clients to secure new job orders.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote the company’s services.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. (Desirable)
  • Experience in recruitment with a proven track record.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
