Main Missions:
Within the engineering department of a medical device production site, you will work at the heart of the industrial design office in a multidisciplinary team (mechanics, automation, robotics and industrial computing).
The site is equipped with computer systems to supervise production and utility equipment, to ensure product traceability, and to control equipment (vision control, measurement systems, etc.). The industrial performance requirements in the field of medical devices push us to constantly evolve our systems towards performance and compliance with regulatory requirements (Data integrity).
In this dynamic and demanding context, you will manage projects in the field of industrial IT, you will create or modify programs and/or work on databases, you will participate in the maintenance of our industrial IT equipment at our medical device production site in Meyzieu.
You will be in charge of the following missions:
- Manage projects for the creation or modification of computerized systems (mainly SCADA and/or traceability systems)
- Ensure the smooth running of the project stages:
- Writes the user requirement (URS)
- Writes technical specifications
- Manages the supplier consultation phase
- Manages subcontracting
- Follows from execution to production start-up
- Monitors the schedule and budget
- Define the architectures in collaboration with the subcontractors and our network IT department that implements them (VLAN, VM, Firewall, etc.).
- Carry out / monitor system commissioning tests: Mock-ups, I/O test with special machine controllers or other systems
- Carry out / monitor system qualification tests according to the current requirements of medical device production (Data Integrity & QI/OQ/PQ)
- Develop or modify programs/code
- on AVEVA System Platform/Intouch software
- SQL databases / Transact SQL programming
- Participate in the maintenance of the site’s industrial IT systems (PC, panel PC, database, virtual machines, etc.)
In addition to these substantive tasks, you will contribute to the various missions of the life of the department with which you will be closely associated. You will work on a daily basis in close collaboration with the 2 industrial IT experts in the design office.
Profile Sought:
Beginner engineer or with a few years of experience, experienced technician. The main qualities for the position:
- Technical expertise in the field of industrial computing:
- SCADA Software: AVEVA System Platform/Intouch
- SQL Database / Transact SQL Programming
