Job Description
- Creating a well-informed cloud strategy and managing the adaptation process
- Evaluating cloud applications, hardware, and software
- Developing and organizing cloud systems
- Working closely with IT security to monitor the company’s cloud privacy
- Responding to technical issues in a professional and timely manner
- Offering guidance in infrastructure movement techniques, including bulk application transfers into the cloud
- Identifying the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the needs of the company
- Leading the organisation through cloud adoption and establishing best practices
- Vetting and selecting cloud providers and third-party services
Requirements
- Work experience as a cloud architect or similar role
- Knowledge of one or more cloud environments, such as Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, or AWS EC2
- Proficiency in programming and coding languages
- Ability to design and implement cloud infrastructure
- Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various IT ecosystems
- Leadership skills
